We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead Sikorsky Aftermarket strategy efforts focused on International Military & Commercial helicopter operators. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth, expand customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the Sikorsky Aftermarket sector in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This role requires a strong understanding of the rotary‑wing aircraft industry, excellent business development skills, flexibility of working hours schedule, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams. This position reports up to the Sr. Manager of Aftermarket, Business Development. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the aerospace and defense industry, preferably in the rotary‑wing aircraft sector Proven track record of success in developing and executing business development strategies, with a strong emphasis on aftermarket orders growth Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop informed business decisions Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results‑driven performance Strong knowledge of the rotary‑wing aircraft industry, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's products and services, including Sikorsky aircraft, systems, and technologies Willingness to travel up 25% internationally as needed to meet customers, partners, and attend events Desired Skills
Experience working with Sikorsky aircraft, including Black Hawk, Seahawk, S‑92, and other models Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's aftermarket support activities, including spare parts, MRO services, and other related activities Experience leading and managing cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams Strong network of contacts within the rotary‑wing aircraft industry, including customers, partners, and suppliers Clearance Level
