The Work Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full‑time Engineering Records Center Analyst.
Responsibilities As a key member of our Engineering Records team, you will:
Support engineering teams in releasing drawings, job packages, and technical data
Track and maintain release status for each area
Coordinate the full lifecycle of DocPaks: create, update, reopen, expire, grant user access, and establish workspaces with indexing rights
Digitize original drawings, aperture cards, Mylar drawings, and large format assets
Coordinate plotter supplies and maintain the engineering drawing vault
The successful candidate will have experience in reading engineering drawings and will be proficient in using Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma
1 or more years of experience working with technical documentation and reading engineering drawings
Must be able to safely lift and transport items weighing 25-50lbs
Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
Desired Skills
Experience with DocPaks or similar tools
Experience with basic computer skills and Microsoft products
Experience working collaboratively with others or a history of working in a team environment
Experience managing multiple priorities and data

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time – The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non‑standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
