Our property managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
Daily storage unit inspections confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of daily business.
We help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Walk around facilities and spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal free of debris.
Qualifications Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation: Our employees must have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between work locations and/or during work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
