The Maintenance Manager will proactively manage assets and drive continuous improvement, focusing on reducing unplanned downtime and optimizing equipment lifespan. The role involves developing proactive maintenance strategies, overseeing daily maintenance operations, managing budgets, leading and developing staff, analyzing CMMS data to identify trends and potential failures, and collaborating with operations and engineering to implement improvements and ensure safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management
Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies, including preventative and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
Utilize data from the CMMS and condition monitoring tools to identify trends and predict equipment failures.
Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for recurring issues to prevent recurrence.
Oversee daily maintenance activities, including scheduling work orders and allocating resources effectively.
Manage the maintenance budget and control spending to maximize efficiency and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
Ensure the availability and management of spare parts inventory.
Leverage CMMS data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as asset utilization and maintenance cost.
Analyze data to pinpoint opportunities for improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall plant efficiency.
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in maintenance work processes.
Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and other departments to align maintenance strategies with organizational goals.
Provide technical guidance to the team on reliability best practices.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
Champion a safe work environment for all maintenance personnel.
Automation & Technology

Leverage automation and modern technologies to optimize asset lifecycle and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience strongly desired.
Solid understanding of reliability engineering principles (RCM, RCFA, FMEA).
Knowledge of condition monitoring techniques.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Technical expertise in industrial equipment and automated systems.
Preferred: Professional certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional).
