Position Overview A school in Brooklyn is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Programming Coordinator
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of academic and enrichment programs. This role works closely with school leadership, faculty, and external partners to ensure programs run smoothly and align with the school’s educational mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning and scheduling of academic, enrichment, and extracurricular programs
Work with administrators and teachers to support program development and implementation
Manage program calendars, logistics, and resources
Communicate program details with staff, students, and families
Track participation, attendance, and program outcomes
Assist with budgeting, vendor coordination, and materials procurement related to programming
Support special events, workshops, and school-wide initiatives
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience in an educational or program coordination setting is a plus
