Role Overview We are seeking a
Marketing Analytics Product Specialist
to support a high-impact corporate retail initiative focused on evolving a customer loyalty value proposition. This role blends
product ownership, marketing analytics, and business project leadership , serving as a central connector between Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong
retail business experience , excels at managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives, and is comfortable driving execution while translating insights and requirements into customer‑facing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Product & Initiative Ownership
Lead day‑to‑day execution for a loyalty value proposition refresh, owning the integrated project plan, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
Take accountability for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring key initiatives progress on time and align with business objectives
Act as a business owner for marketing and loyalty‑related workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams
Marketing Analytics & Cross‑Functional Delivery
Partner with Marketing and Analytics teams to support insight‑driven decisions related to customer value, engagement, and loyalty performance
Coordinate workstreams across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Finance, Operations, and Legal/Compliance
Track deliverables across teams and proactively address risks, gaps, or dependencies
Project Governance & Communication
Lead recurring project meetings, standups, and governance forums
Document and distribute meeting notes, action items, and follow‑ups
Develop clear, concise project updates for senior stakeholders and executive leadership
Maintain visibility into risks, issues, and decisions to support timely escalation and resolution
External Partner & Vendor Coordination
Manage coordination with external agencies and partners to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner‑related project updates
Requirements, Testing & CX Support
Assist in the creation, review, and validation of business requirements documentation
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for customer‑facing UX/CX components, ensuring marketing and customer experience objectives are met
Required Qualifications
5+ years of retail industry experience , with exposure to
marketing, loyalty, analytics, or product‑led initiatives
5+ years of experience
leading cross‑functional business initiatives or projects (business‑side focus preferred over IT)
Strong organizational skills with hands‑on experience using PMO or project tracking tools
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership
Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience supporting
customer loyalty programs, marketing analytics, or value proposition development
Exposure to customer‑facing digital experiences (UX/CX) in a corporate retail environment
Experience working in a hybrid, executive‑facing corporate setting
