What you will do

Define and evolve the visual identity of English Factory and Endless Rose, ensuring consistency across campaigns, e‑commerce, wholesale, and digital platforms

Translate seasonal design concepts into compelling visual narratives that align with each brand’s personality and customer

Conceptualize, plan, and art direct photoshoots, including campaign, e‑commerce, lookbook, and social content

Partner closely with fashion designers to understand silhouettes, fabrics, and inspirations, ensuring visual direction enhances product storytelling

Lead and direct photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, models, and external creative vendors

Oversee styling direction to ensure a cohesive and elevated look across all visual assets

Develop creative concepts for advertising, brand campaigns, and seasonal launches

Review and approve all visual deliverables, including photography, layouts, graphics, and digital content prior to release

Collaborate with Marketing and E‑commerce teams to ensure creative assets support performance goals while maintaining brand integrity

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners

Stay informed on fashion, cultural, and visual trends, translating relevant insights into fresh, on‑brand creative direction

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in

Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

preferred

Equivalent professional experience within the fashion industry will be considered in lieu of a formal degree

Proven experience as a Fashion Art Director, Senior Art Director, or similar creative leadership role within women’s fashion

Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign direction, e‑commerce imagery, and brand storytelling

Deep understanding of fashion trends, styling, and visual merchandising

Experience directing photoshoots and managing external creative partners

Ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
