Job Overview Infinity Replacement is our dedicated replacement window and door business, bringing Marvin’s legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.
We’re looking for Brand Ambassadors who are personable, confident, and genuinely excited to connect with others. The ideal candidate is outgoing, authentic, and thrives in social settings—someone who can spark meaningful conversations, build trust quickly, and represent Marvin with pride.
Highlights of your role
Represent Marvin at retail stores, trade shows, and local events
Engage with shoppers and spark interest in our premium window and door solutions
Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments
Set up and maintain professional, eye‑catching displays
Compensation Earn $25 – $35+/hr — guaranteed hourly pay of $20/hr plus weekly bonuses for every qualified lead.
Required Qualifications
Reliable transportation – you’ll be traveling to retail locations and events in your area.
Natural conversationalist – you love starting conversations and connecting with new people.
Resilient to rejection – you know that every “no” gets you closer to a “yes.”
Customer‑centric – you’re energized by engaging with people and making a great first impression.
Physical ability – can lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet during your শিশ shift.
Short‑statured? It’s okay—just be comfortable moving around during your shift.
