A2P is looking for an experienced, talented, and competitive Inside Sales Representative to add to our in‑house Sales Department in Allegan, MI. Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through company provided leads, CRM database and CMD/Dodge project leads follow‑up, outbound cold calls, existing quotes and emails

Maintain CRM database daily

Construction selling cradle to grave experience preferred

Specific territory assignment

Responsible for achieving sales targets and improving the goodwill of the company

Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer

Represents the Company in resolving customer issues or complaints

Understand customer needs and what product they need

Perform virtual AIA continuing education lunch and learn meetings as required

Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Work with Territory Field Sales Rep

Requirements

Proven Inside Sales experience, manufacturing, construction preferred

Track record of over‑achieving quota

Technical/mechanical aptitude (a plus)

Strong phone presence and experience in high volume outbound sales calls per day

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening skills

Hard worker and persistent

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

CRM knowledge and experience (a plus)

4-year degree in Business (preferred) or equivalent work experience

2-year+ experience in Sales (a plus)

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferred) or equivalent work experience

CRM software: 2+ years (required)

Inside sales: 2+ years (required)
