Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
Location:
9245 Quantrelle Ave, Otsego, MN 55330
Employee Type:
1.0 FTE
Schedule:
40-hour weekly schedule (five 8‑hour days or four 10‑hour days). Lead three evening groups from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, fully onsite.

As LADC you will provide চেয়ারম্যান to individuals with substance use disorders, assess their needs, devise personalized treatment plans, facilitate individual and group therapy, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with other professionals to support client recovery. Strong communication, assessment skills, and knowledge of evidence‑based practices and regulations are essential.

Responsibilities
Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and
empresário demonstration waiver requirements.
Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC‑T.
Compensation Thisницу is an exempt position. Total earnings range from $64,000 to $70,000 annually. Compensation may vary by licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule frequently, and location. Estimates are on a 1.0 FTE.
