Reports To: Director of Ticket Sales & Service
Overview The United Soccer League (USL) is shaping the future of soccer in America. We are the nation’s largest and fastest‑growing professional soccer organization, covering multiple professional and elite pre‑professional leagues. Sporting Club Jacksonville (Sporting JAX) is a men’s professional USóirí Championship club, a women’s professional USL Super League club, and a USL Youth Academy. The club aims to create a 15,000‑capacity community stadium and provide exceptional soccer experiences while advancing community development.
Essential Functions
Offer a full menu of seating opportunities for all ticket packages (seasons, packages, group tickets) for both the Men’s USL Championship team & Women’s Super League team.
Coordinate & execute sales calls through provided leads, prospecting, cold calling, and referrals.
Maintain accurate client and prospect records using CRM.
Use ticketing platform to describe and select available seat locations and execute point‑of‑sale transactions.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
Collaborate with club & USL league staff to promote sales during events and provide a great fan experience.
Build and maintain relationships to enhance customer service and retention.
Assist with administrative ticket functions and special projects as directed.
Set and conduct in‑arena and out‑of‑office appointments.
Work non‑traditional hours, weekends, events, and game days.
Accountability for activity metrics (calls made/appointments set) and goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional image and positive attitude.
Serve as main point of contact for general ticket inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Conduct stadium, arena, and out‑of‑office sales appointments.
Use CRM to maintain accurate records.
Reach and exceed individual & team sales revenue goals.
Manage and steward existing season ticket members.
Prospect and cultivate new leads through creative methods and partner organization follow‑up.
Learn and master software (CRM, ticketing platform).
Handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls kalan emails.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Optimistic, team‑first attitude with competitive drive.
Influence and communicate with C‑level clients.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports.
