Role Description

This is a full-time, Account Manager role located in Orlando, FL. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include liaising with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also identify new business opportunities while driving revenue growth through excellent account management practices. Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience with account management, customer service, and client retention strategies. Sales, business development, and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset. Experience in the printing, event branding, or marketing industries is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is advantageous.
