About the Role We’re looking for a

skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Painter and Carpenters

to join our team as an

Independent Contractor

for general residential and commercial work.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality finish and rough carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and trim work following restoration projects

Restore properties to pre-loss condition after water, fire, or mold damage

Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship

Communicate effectively with project managers and field supervisors

Follow all safety standards and job site protocols

Maintain clean and professional job sites

Qualifications

Proven experience as a painter, carpenter, or multi-skilled tradesperson

Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects

Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment

Valid driver’s license and insurance

Professional demeanor when working in occupied homes and businesses

Restoration experience is a plus, but not required
