Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Lexington, KY
Base Pay: $28.00/hr – $34.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, and грунуд world to maintain industrial manufacturing equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Support production teams by responding to breakdowns and ensuring timely repairs.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and maintenance documentation.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety and compliance standards.
Required Experience
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of electrical systems.
Experience with motors, drives, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and hydraulics.
Ability to use multimeters, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.
