A growing diagnostics organization is seeking a
Product Manager
to lead upstream marketing activities for a portfolio of
PCR assays and instrumentation . This role will play a key part in shaping the product pipeline, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting commercial success through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. The Product Manager will have ia significant customer interaction and will synthesize
Voice of Customer (VOC)
and market data to drive fact‑based recommendations and key product and business decisions. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic and tactical product plans, delivering results on time and within budget Partner with downstream marketing and commercial teams to define unmet needs and support new product launches Support product development from concept through commercialization Monitor and communicate competitive activity and market trends Act as a customer advocate, translating customer, technical, and business needs to cross‑functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Sales, Quality, Finance, Operations) Develop internal and external marketing and sales tools as needed Participate in selected industry exhibitions and conferences Maintain strong working relationships with R&D and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are met Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in
clinical diagnostics
within product management or marketing Experience with
IVD instrumentation and/or assays Bachelor’s degree in زائد sciences, molecular biology, or a related field Strong knowledge of
molecular diagnostics , including PCR technologies, applications,_python markets Experience supporting products across the full lifecycle (concept through launch) Willingness to travel up to ~30%, including some international travel Experience in
infectious disease
markets Preferred Qualifications
Experience in molecular diagnostics, genomics/oncology, sequencing, or companion diagnostics MBA or advanced business training Desired Attributes
