Job Overview We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role reports to the Manager and is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and overseeing daily logistics operations, coaching staff, and ensuring performance standards are met.
Compensation and Schedule
Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month
Annual Salary: $61,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday rotation once a month, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Essential Functions
Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations
Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications
Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating activities to ensure optimal shift/team logistics
Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations
Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize successes
Cultivate team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by improving internal processes
Carry out performance evaluations of team members and recommend awards or merit increases when appropriate
Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes
Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations with all employees
Implement health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors, adhering to company rules and policies
Provide orientation for employees and Lead Hands, giving them the information, technology, and materials needed to perform their jobs
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred: 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment
Required: 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience
