The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall preservation, safety, and operational readiness of the amphitheater’s physical assets and grounds. This hands-on leadership role oversees all preventative and reactive maintenance for venue infrastructure, including stage systems, seating, concourses, restrooms, utilities, landscaping, and parking lots. The manager will develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance program, manage inventory and budgets, and lead a team of technicians and seasonal staff to ensure the venue meets the highest standards of presentation, functionality, and safety for artists, guests, and employees. Critical success factors include the ability to respond swiftly to urgent repairs, proactively address issues before events, and coordinate closely with production and operations teams to support a seamless live event experience in an open-air environment.**WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO**



Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all venue assets.



Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment manuals, warranties, and maintenance logs.



Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.



Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and seasonal staff.



Assign daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality and timely completion of all repairs.



Oversee maintenance of critical infrastructure: stage structures, roofing, rigging points, seating (fixed and lawn), fencing, and gates.



Maintain operational functionality of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, irrigation, and life safety systems.



Manage the appearance and safety of grounds, including landscaping, hardscapes, parking lots, walkways, and drainage systems.



Perform hands-on repairs and troubleshooting across a wide range of building and equipment systems.



Coordinate with Production and Operations departments to ensure all facilities are "event-ready."



Execute pre-event and post-event inspections and corrective actions.



Provide rapid response and troubleshooting for urgent maintenance issues during events.



Manage setup and breakdown of maintenance-related items for events (e.g., barricades, signage, temporary facilities).



Maintain and secure an organized inventory of tools, equipment, parts, and supplies.



Procure necessary materials and manage the tool/equipment fleet, ensuring everything is in safe working order.**WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING**



High School Diploma or equivalent



Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite



Attention to detail, quality and accuracy



Cash handling skills



Strong relationship building and communication skills



Ability to work independently



Excellent verbal and written communication skills
