As our marketing efforts continue to grow, we are seeking a creative and organized professional to support our expanding marketing and communications initiatives.

Position Overview

The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing the firm’s marketing strategy, with a primary focus on social media content creation and management. This role will also support email marketing, sponsorship activation, media coordination, and production-related tasks materialis. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating closely with the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

Manage and maintain the firm’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Create and manage monthly social media content calendars

Develop original content, including short‑form videos/reels, graphics, and captions

Monitor engagement and assist with responding to messages and comments

Sponsorship & Community Activation

Help leverage firm sponsorships and community partnerships through social content andplacement promotion

Assist with on‑site content capture at sponsored events when appropriate

Coordinate with internal teams to maximise visibility and engagement

Email Marketing & Communications

Assist with drafting, scheduling, and sending email marketing campaigns

Support firm announcements, sponsorship messaging, and promotional communications

Marketing Support

Assist with coordination and correspondence with media partners

Support production efforts for commercials, digital ads, and social‑first content

Help organise marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices

Experience creating short‑form video content and basic graphic design

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

discussion of accurate communication skills

Self‑starter who is able to carry out job duties with minimal oversight

Experience in professional services, legal, or agency environments is a plus

Marketing or related degree preferred
