Job Description NRSS seeks a Roadway Worker In Charge to support flagging services across Class 1 railroads, regional short lines, transit systems, state DOTs, and railroad contractors. Required Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years with a Class 1 Railroad or equivalent maintenance‑of‑way environment.

Provide jobsite coordination and clear briefings.
Communicate with dispatch, train crews, and contractors.
Enforce railroad, state, and federal policies and resolve violations.
