Job Description NRSS seeks a Roadway Worker In Charge to support flagging services across Class 1 railroads, regional short lines, transit systems, state DOTs, and railroad contractors. Responsibilities include coordination, communication, enforcement of policies, and on‑track safety compliance. alin.

Required Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years with a Class 1 Railroad or equivalent maintenance‑of‑way environment.

Job Duties

Provide jobsite coordination and clear briefings.

Communicate with dispatch, train crews, and contractors.

Enforce railroad, state, and federal policies and resolve violations.
