We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney
with a deep background in First-Party insurance cases.
This roles is ideal for a seasoned litigator who can independently manage complex files and confidently take cases from initial investigation through trial. Minimum 8–10 years of experience handling First Party insurance litigation Proven ability to manage cases from inception through trial Strong deposition experience (taking and defending) Skilled in drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions Demonstrated trial readiness and ability to present insurance claims to a jury Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop and execute litigation strategy independently Experience managing discovery, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations Ability to handle a high volume, fast paced litigation docket Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Licensed and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
