Overview This posting is for Out of Country H2B's. Must be able to work April/May through the end of October. If you do not need visa sponsorship, please apply for the seasonal (non-H2B) positions posted. Housing and meals in our onsite cafeteria available at $19.50/day. Start Date: April 1, 2026 End Date: November 4, 2026
Responsibilities Banquet Captain will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food for banquets and in the dining outlets, including scheduling. Will also be responsible for setting up the dining room, taking and placing customers' orders, carrying trays, serving food and beverages, greeting guests, cleaning and clearing tables, closing out checks at the end of the day, assisting managers and organizers with planning layout and logistics of events, and assisting with administrative duties related to events, such as ordering supplies or confirming reservations. May supervise up to forty (40) workers engaged in preparing and serving food for banquets and in the dining outlets.
Qualifications One (1) year of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
