As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, assisting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. Your responsibilities will include menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Train and mentor kitchen staff
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
Requirements
Passion for cooking and abio desire to learn
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required
Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not mandatory
