Job Responsibilities Support in the creation and implementation of development programs

Support in planning and organizing trainings and training programs

Creating and updating training materials (including translating materials to/from English)

Activities in social media

Support in communicating L&D projects to employees (preparing communication drafts, informational materials using basic graphic tools such as Canva, Prezi or similar)

Administrative support for the L&D Team

Creating reports, updating status overviews and summaries for the L&D Team

Qualifications

Student status (preferred fields of study: psychology, management, pedagogy, sociology, HR or related).

Interest in competence development, training, and knowledge management.

Good work organization, accuracy, ability to set priorities, proactivity.

Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Communicative level of English would be an asset.

Willingness to work on-site at the office in Pass near Błonie.
