About Us Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga (TToH) is a Ngāti Kahungunu mandated, kaupapa Māori health and social services organisation that has supported whānau and community for over 40 years. We are seeking a passionate and organised Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.
About The Role As Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in the design, development and implementation of a central L&D repository for TToH. In this capacity you will be expected to monitor and report on mandated and non-mandated training and development initiatives to support the delivery of services aligned with our kaupapa Māori values and strategic goals.
Capturing internal and external training initiatives
Refining our existing policies and processes to support professional development pathways for kaimahi
Maintaining compliance training and maintaining accurate records
Analyzing data and preparing reports within agreed timeframes.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience in learning and development or HR coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
Understanding of tikanga Māori and willingness to learn te reo
A relevant qualification in HR, Org Development, or a minimum of 3 years experience supporting organizational outcomes leading learning and development initiatives as appropriate.
