Job Summary Provide high‑quality meal service and create a gracious dining environment. Responsibilities include accurate communication and order taking, relaying meal orders to back‑of‑the‑house staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to our cherished residents.

Position Overview
Be present in the dining room for full meal service.
Assist with special functions as scheduled.
Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary, infection‑free environment at all times.
Oversee bistro areas as directed—food presentation, cleanliness, stock supplies, beverages, make popcorn, etc.
Know the specials of the day and how they are prepared and presented.
Learn individual resident names, dietary needs, requests, اصلی و likes and dislikes.
Serve hot food hot and cold food cold.
Participate in the Quality Assurance Committee as directed.
Sanitize tables and chairs, reset tables, and vacuum floor after each meal.
Attend all trainings, orientations, and mandatory meetings.
Qualifications
Demonstration of Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
Preferred: Experience in the dietary department of a health‑care facility or restaurant ( исполнstage? ), not required.
Job Knowledge: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Standards: Knowledge of and ability to meet regulations of ADA, state, infection control, health department, and OSHA.
