has been a premier provider of metal and Teflon hose assemblies since 1977. Our products are used in many applications—from decompression chambers at the bottom of the ocean to environmental systems on the International Space Station. Certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D, we produce hoses for the most demanding applications and quality is our culture.
Responsibilities
Providing and tracking quotes to aerospace customers.
Entering orders, tracking deliveries, and following up with customers on status changes.
Onboarding customers, providing necessary information/documentation to set Specialty Hose up as a vendor.
Answering the phone to support sales and customer service.
Backing up the senior inside sales representative for aerospace.
Facilitating customer documentation requirements.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Supporting and collaborating on marketing and business development efforts.
Qualifications
Dedicated sense of customer service.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Exceptionally organized with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – personable.
Good computer skills and proven experience with Microsoft Office applications.
A desire and willingness to learn.
Adaptability to change – daily and long‑term.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to pitch in where necessary.
Strong desire to succeed.
Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
Must be able to pass background check.
Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $35,000 per year. Competitive benefits include:

Schedule & Location Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (with 1‑hour lunch). Position based in North Canton, Ohio; not remote. No cold calling.
