Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team in Victoria, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and management to improve service processes.
Travel to various job sites within the Victoria, TX area as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours as needed.
