Atlanta Falcons Summer Flag Football Camps deliver summer football experiences that kids can’t find elsewhere. Designed for ages 5‑13, campers learn the game, celebrate Falcons traditions, and experience being part of the Atlanta Falcons family. Each day blends football joy, pro‑level moments, and unforgettable memories—all built with intention. Campers build confidence, form friendships, and gain exclusive access to the Falcons’ energy, history, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and manage daily operations Monday‑Friday 7:15 am‑3:45 pm, including pre‑camp training and all weeks of programming.

Ensure camper safety, first aid support, and operational readiness throughout the camp day.

Act as the on‑site first responder for injuries or medical situations, using CPR and First Aid training as needed.

Communicate safety updates or incidents clearly to site leadership and the Customer Experience Coordinator for timely family communication.

Review daily medication, sunscreen, and allergy information and support individualized care plans for campers.

Maintain and organize safety and first aid supplies, reporting inventory needs to Headquarters.

Support morning and afternoon carpool by managing check‑in and welcoming families.

Own the setup, breakdown, and organization of camp materials and spaces, including tents, signage, water stations, and activity equipment.

Inventory, organize, and maintain operational supplies throughout the summer, ensuring facilities, fields, and shared spaces are cared for and left clean each day.

Represent the Atlanta Falcons and Headfirst with calm professionalism when interacting with campers, families, partners, and guests.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support a safe, organized, and positive camp experience.

Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years at an accredited undergraduate institution or equivalent educational experience.

Preferred coursework or experience in healthcare, athletic training, pre‑medicine, nursing, education, kinesiology, or a related field.

Experience working with children in camp, school, or active environments.

Calm, organized, and dependable, especially in fast‑paced or unexpected situations.

Comfortable taking initiative and supporting both safety needs and daily camp operations.

Dedicated to the camp’s mission, program quality, and a supportive team environment for the full camp season.

Possess or able to obtain valid CPR/First Aid Certification prior to the start of camp.

Able to remain upright and standing for multiple hours, walk and/or run quickly around large outdoor grass and dirt‑covered fields, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs of sports equipment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation $17 per hour with up to 2.5 hours of overtime per week paid at 1.5× rate.

Extended employment opportunities: Quarterback and Running Back / Wide Receiver small‑group lessons Monday‑Friday 3:15‑4:00 pm (paid at $30 per lesson).

Work in football, being active and outdoors all summer in the Atlanta area.
