Job Description We are immediately hiring a Customer Logistics Manager (Quality Manager) in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This position is ideal for a Quality Leader driven professional skilled in improving visibility, accuracy, and performance across the customers and inventory operations. Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and analytics is a plus.
The Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Main responsibilities include leadership of direct reports and attainment of daily operational goals within the functional area.
Compensation
Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
Annual Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year based on experience
Shift: 1st – Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (weekends as needed)
Weekend incentive compensation

Responsibilities
Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
Health and safety management
State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
Perform other duties as assigned

High level analytical ability to solve unusual and difficult problems
Demonstrated technical and professional skills in the job‑related area
Off‑shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis

Logistics industry knowledge – advanced required
Knowledge of Customer/Company/component local and federal regulations – advanced required
Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components – intermediate required
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production – advanced required
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry Nein field required
One (1) or more year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) – advanced required
Logistics industry knowledge – advanced required
Knowledge of Customer/Company local and federal regulations – advanced required
Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components – intermediate required
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production – advanced required
