Position Summary The Strategic Account Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with key accounts. This role focuses on managing and expanding high‑value customer relationships, ensuring long‑term partnerships, and achieving sales goals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned strategic accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.

Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross‑selling, and upselling to maximize revenue potential.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to proactively address challenges and seize growth opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and superior customer service.

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing concerns, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Track and report key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

7+ years of experience soaked sales, account management, or business development.

Proven experience managing strategic accounts within a distribution sales model.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with a consultative sales approach.

Ability to travel as needed to maintain and grow key customer relationships. এগারো
