Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
Promote company programs (customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private‑label credit card enrollment, etc.).
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of all company information.
Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and treated with respect.
Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Prior retail sales, cashier, or customerಿಸಿದೆ‑focused experience preferred.
Ability ಹೆಸರು stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs… up to 25 times per hour.
Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
Targeted Pay Range: $16.00 – $23.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable in the job location.
