Job Details A well‑established engineering and surveying firm in Green Bay is seeking a skilled Land Surveying Technician to join their growing team. This role involves supporting field and office survey operations for a variety of projects including commercial, municipal, and industrial developments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a detail‑oriented mindset, and a passion for precision in land measurement and mapping.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys using GPS and robotic total stations.
Process field data and prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely survey deliverables.
Maintain and calibrate survey equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in land surveying or related field.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey equipment.
Strong understanding of surveying principles, legal descriptions, and construction documentation.
PLS license preferred but not required—support available for candidates pursuing licensure.
