Position Overview As a Senior Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the General Dentist while collaborating with the neighboring multi‑specialty team as needed. You will play a key role in clinical excellence, patient flow, and team support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Dentist with a full scope of general dentistry procedures

Serve as a senior‑level clinical support and resource for the team

Maintain efficient room turnover and clinical workflows

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Deliver exceptional patient care and education

Coordinate seamlessly with the adjacent multi‑specialty office when needed

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of dental assisting experience in general dentistry

Lead‑level or senior DA experience strongly preferred

Confident, efficient chairside skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Team‑oriented, reliable, and professional

Experience with Open Dental, CBCT, and iTero preferred

Comfortable working in a modern, technology‑driven practice

Technology & Systems

Open Dental

CBCT imaging

iTero scanner

State‑of‑the‑art dental technology

Schedule (approx. 40 hours per week)

Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturdays: 2 Saturdays per month REQUIRED, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Weekday off provided during the week when a Saturday is worked

Requirements Education and Training

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum one‑year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.

Valid X‑ray certificate.

Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).

CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status:

Hourly, Non‑Exempt

Reports to:

Operations Manager
