Required Related Experience : 2 years

Required License/Registration/Certification : Licensed RN; Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) at hire or within 1 year

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50‑100 pounds daily; stand, walk and sit for long periods and occasional travel. Exposure to communicable diseases, injury from intractable patients or sharp instruments may occur.

Shift : 3 PM – 11:30 PM, 40 hours/week; may require weekends, holidays and on‑call hours.

Job Summary UK Healthcare seeks a Service Line Manager to supervise and lead perioperative operations, responsible for overall assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care throughout the service. Duties include carrying out the hospital and nursing service mission, vision, values, and strategic planning, clinical management, patient care, financial management, and quality management of perioperative services. The role promotes hospital standards and creates a patient‑focused caring environment while addressing individual patient needs. It fosters collaboration and respect with physicians and all OR staff. The position reports directly to the Assistant Director, Perioperative Services.
