Design and documentation of model and simulation requirements and architecture Develop, verify, and validate complex models and simulations such as missile 6-degree-of-freedom simulations (6-DOF) and effects-based simulations Evaluate system performance in complex scenarios and environments and verify system and subsystem level requirements Perform critical studies, analyses, and test activities Support ground and flight test efforts including Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) activities Support program reviews and technical interchange meetings with internal leadership and/or external customers Basic Qualifications

Post secondary STEM degree with 3+ years of relevant experience An active U.S. DOD Secret clearance with an investigation date or CV in the last 5 years Willing to work onsite in a classified area or lab environment Demonstrated experience in digital simulation development for infrared sensor systems Professionally demonstrated advanced proficiency in C++ Professionally demonstrated advanced proficiency in Matlab or Python Professionally demonstrated strong math skills in linear algebra, matrix math, statistics, trigonometry, and coordinate transformations Strong written, verbal communication and organizational and interpersonal skills Desired Skills

Active US DoD Top Secret clearance Experience operating in Linux environments Experience with Agile development Experience performing one or more of the following technical GNC assignments:

Develop and analyze algorithms such as guidance, navigation, autopilot, inertial tracking, and servo control algorithms Develop and/or verify/validate complex vehicle models and simulations such as missile 6-degree-of-freedom simulations Demonstrated strong math skills in the areas of linear algebra, matrix math, statistics, trigonometry, and coordinate transformations Develop, verify and validate complex Electro Optical / InfraRed and/or Radio Frequency sensor models Ability to perform preflight system performance assessment and post flight verification analyses

Experience deploying algorithms that satisfy real-time performance requirements Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and software version control such as Git Security Clearance Statement
