About the Team Keysight Design Engineering Software (DES) is Keysight’s advanced software division, delivering industry‑leading Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and simulation platforms for high‑frequency, high‑speed, and highly complex electronic systems. Our portfolio spans electromagnetic simulation, system modeling, circuit design, and multiphysics analysis, supporting engineers from concept through manufacturing validation.

Within DES, the R&D center in Ghent, Belgium develops world‑class electromagnetic solvers and design‑flow technologies for Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) in high‑speed digital systems. The team builds the core engines behind SIPro and PIPro, Keysight’s flagship EM‑based SI/PI analysis tools used globally by PCB, package, and 3DIC designers.

Keysight Belgium offers a highly international, collaborative engineering environment with deep technical focus, modern facilities, and strong employee benefits.

About the Role As an Electromagnetic Simulation Engineer (SI/PI EDA Tools) you will develop the core EM solvers, algorithms, and data‑flow engines behind Keysight’s SIPro and PIPro products.

You will work at the intersection of computational electromagnetics, numerical methods, and high‑performance software engineering, building simulation engines that model signal and power behavior in today’s fastest, densest electronic systems — from PCB traces to packages and 3D ICs.

Your work directly impacts how leading electronics companies design reliable, high‑speed hardware.
