Essential Responsibilities
Coordinate day‑to‑day operations, physical assets and maximize financial returns of assigned property.
Implement strategies for enhancing asset value, including rent increase notices, accounts receivables reconciliation and timely processing of unpaid and late rent notices.
Manage all property staff, promote harmonious relations among tenants, employees, owners and local community.
Prepare and submit weekly reports, maintain orderly resident records, and assist with property inspections.
Handle resident evictions, lease applications, screening, and resident move‑ins.
Maintain highest occupancy through advertising, resident retention strategies, and adherence to Fair Housing Marketing Plan.
Respond to resident complaints, explain policies, provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
Travel as required for in‑person classes and annual education conferences.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Preferred 1‑3 years in Tax Credit, HUD or affordable housing experience.
Valid driver’s license and insurance.
Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work with diverse teams.
Proficiency with basic office equipment including telephone, computer, 10‑key, photocopier, fax machine.
Excellent attention to detail, multi‑tasking, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and “can‑do” attitude.
Physical Demands Regularly required to use hands to handle objects, talk or hear. Frequently sit; occasionally stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. Frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
