Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in USDA beef or pork production maintenance
5+ years maintenance superintendent or manager experience
Experience in USDA beef or pork case ready production
Experience in processing equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
Experience with equipment including Bizzerba, Pacific, MarelMarc, Freeze Tunnel, Multivac, TVI Slicer, Metal Detector, Omori, Grasseli, PAA Machine, Tenderizer, Tape Machine, Galaxy and Ban Saw
Strong leadership skills with ability to get results through mentoring others
Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
