Responsibilities

Team Development: Coach and mentor a team of tenured sales professionals, helping them refine their sales and book of business management skills.

Performance Management: Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure that each team member is on track to meet and exceed their targets.

Client Engagement: Oversee the team's interactions with prospects and clients, ensuring that they are connected to our comprehensive suite of financial solutions.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the team's performance and drive business growth.

Cross-Site Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across different sites, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Training and Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new apprentices, ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped to succeed.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise within the team, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Innovation: Encourage creative thinking and innovative approaches to outreach and client engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years related work experience. Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Prior experience in sales and business development organization preferred.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Licenses required for the role: Series 7, 66, and 24. It is strongly preferred that applicants currently hold these licenses.

Experience leading front-line crew.

Sales management experience preferred.
