Retail Manager We seek a leader who possesses the following qualities and experiences:

Key Responsibilities

Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew; provide guidance, training, and coaching as necessary.

Set performance standards, review performance, and make compensation decisions in accordance with HR policies.

Oversee sales and lead generation strategy for Retail, attract new high‑value clients and generate advisor consultations.

Develop a culture of coaching, providing frequent feedback and helping the team achieve specific business results.

Participate personally in the sales process and model desired behaviors.

Assist in developing business and sales goals; monitor progress and communicate with peers.

Recognize customer voice, market trends, and opportunities for improvement; recommend changes to policies and workflows.

Guide the team to maximize opportunities and support a consultative sales model; analyze and resolve complex client issues.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of related work experience; previous people‑leadership experience preferred.

Prior experience in a sales and business development organization preferred.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred.

Licenses required for the role: Series 7, 66, and 24; it is strongly preferred that applicants currently hold these licenses.

Experience leading front‑line crew.

Sales management experience preferred.
