About The Opportunity We are seeking a collaborative Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Institutional Quality Assurance Team and lead the university’s compliance and quality assurance initiatives. You will strengthen the university’s regulatory and quality standards while influencing positive change across the institution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct compliance and quality assurance assessments.
Build strong professional relationships across the university to raise awareness of and support compliance initiatives.
Manage the University’s CRICOS Registerbyg ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date course information.
Prepare evidence for reporting and support presentations to governance committees, auditors and government bodies including TEQSA.
Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory and legislative requirements and support their interpretation and application.
About You You are a proven problem‑solver who thrives on collaboration and influencing outcomes. You are proactive, independent and able to bring innovative ideas to complex challenges. You can adapt quickly, effectively lead and deliver projects, and build relationships across a large, dynamic organisation.
Experience in compliance and quality assurance and/or a working knowledge of the Australian higher‑education sector will be highly regarded.
