Hours: Part Time Appx 16 hours per week – 2-3 days a week; earliest shift start time 6:00 am, 3:00 pm latest shift time or 11:30 pm 7 }
Shift Expectations: Must be available weekday, weekends, morning and evenings and sometimes overnight. Must be available for a variety of shifts.
The Security Officer πραx plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests, team members, and visitors across the Bavarian Inn Lodge, includingthe Conference Center, Bavarian Blast, all food and beverage areas, guestrooms, and the Family Fun Center. This position works closely with and supports the Manager on Duty (MOD) department, responding to incidents and assisting during escalated situations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality preferred.
CPR training andencrypt certification are required. (Classes will be provided for those who are not certified before being hired) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Observant and detail oriented.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Dependable and self-motivated.
Physically able to patrol for extended periods.
Basic computer and report-writing skills. Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
