Pay & Schedule
Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month
Annual Salary: $70,000 – $75,600 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday (4:00 pm – 3:00 am)
Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function.
Responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management.
Lead direct reports and achieve daily operational goals.
Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees.
Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling.
Health and safety management.
Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
Work within international functional teams.
Strong analytical ability for complex problems.
Technical and professional skills in job‑related area.
Off‑shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises.
Make timely decisions.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Build professional relationships at all organization levels.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible, self‑driven, and able to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent time management and multi‑tasking skills.
Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Advanced knowledge of logistics industry and customer/federal regulations.
Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components.
Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
1+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Advanced logistics industry knowledge.
Advanced knowledge of customer/federal regulations.
Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components.
Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production.
