We are seeking a driven and confident Executive Administrative Partner who provides strategic administrative support to the Senior Vice President of DSG and the Vice President of Defense Strategic Space (DSS).

The individual will act as a collaborative partner, ensuring effective and efficient group operations and supporting key business decisions.

The position is full‑time, on‑site at our facility in Crystal City, VA.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as a partner, representative, and point of contact for executive with frequent interaction with the Board of Trustees, corporate management, and high‑level government customers.

Organize and prioritize critical issues and information for the executive(s) to facilitate efficient decision‑making.

Lead special projects, track and drive completion of action items and deliverables.

Manage group, corporate, and customer reports, deliverables, and organization charts.

Draft and prepare various correspondence, emails, letters, and presentations on behalf of the executive(s).

Provide input and feedback into executive/corporate activities and decisions, with follow‑up communications and coordination.

Develop and improve effective processes and systems across the enterprise that provide superior organization, efficiency, and technology best practices.

Execute strategic, proactive, and complex calendar, meeting, and event planning, management, and conflict resolution.

Arrange complex travel coordination, logistics, and expense reporting for leadership.

Coordinate employee support for the group/division/sub‑division (on‑boarding, timesheet administration, training, supply/equipment orders).

Collaborate with admins within the group and across the corporation to achieve coverage and increase efficiency and consistency.

Lead by training and mentoring division admins, modeling professionalism, teamwork, and leadership behavior consistent with the company’s values.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Mastery of administrative skills: project management, strategic execution of tasks, organization, detail orientation, writing, and proofreading.

Expert‑level technological fluency across a wide range of tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel).

Mastery of communication and interpersonal skills: leadership, collaboration, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, emotional intelligence, diplomacy, judgment, business acumen, and decision‑making across all levels of the organization.

Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environments and anticipate the needs of the organization.

Ability to handle sensitive and personnel‑related information appropriately and support sensitive management functions.

Ability to work independently and/or lead a team to proactively deliver innovative solutions and resolve issues with minimal direction.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

How You Can Stand Out

Prior experience as an executive administrator or similar role.

Familiarity with enterprise software packages such as Concur, Workday, JIRA, Confluence.

Proficiency with internal AI tools that improve efficiency and communication.

Bachelor’s Degree or additional relevant education and training.

Existing security clearance and/or ability to obtain TS/SSBI/SCI clearance.
