The
Business Manager Assistant
will be responsible for customer forms creation, client financial tools, trade spend reconciliation, order and claims alerts, data submissions and support. All necessary job functions required to overview and support the Business Manager and client. This individual must demonstrate a strong desire and willingness to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen and modernize our services and capabilities. This individual must demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
Responsibilities
Enter customer forms including contract generation via customer portals, Acosta Sprint, Acosta Relay, and Excel
Maintain client financial tools to create customer events and maintenance as required
Oversee trade reconciliation such as responding to claims alerts, maintaining fund balances within client metrics
Review order alerts and verify accurate pricing and promotions on customer orders
Provide data support such as submissions of price changes, item setup requests and customer‑facing information in customer portals
Qualifications
Professional communication skills to represent internal and external partners
Take pride in your work, be very detail‑oriented, and motivated by completing tasks on deadline
3–5 years of prior experience with data entry and utilizing Word, Excel and Outlook
