Job Description Our Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of Store Manager/ Assistant to the Manager, demonstrating to the store staff our commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. Must show integrity and resourcefulness and enjoy a varied and very fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure facility for the night.

Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits, opening/closing reports, and conduct inspections when necessary.

Operate cash register and provide customer service.

Receive, price, and stock donations (receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds).

Hang, inspect, and tag textile & clothing in a production style setting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Lead or supervisory experience required.

Work Schedule Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially on evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 9am to 8pm, with a Sunday opening at 1pm.

Compensation Pay: $16.25
