Regional Operations Manager - New York & Connecticut area
Base pay range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our RedLion Mobility retail operations in New York and Connecticut. The role is to implement the right processes and practices across the market, formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring materials and resources, and ensuring compliance. Mentoring team members, improving customer service quality, and implementing best practices across all levels are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Ensure all operations are carried out in a cost-effective way.
Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, merchandising and deployments.
Oversee asset management, facilities, and store compliance visits.
Lead new store openings.
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership ability.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Willingness to travel.
