This is a non‑remote position located in the New York & Connecticut area. We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our RedLion Mobility retail operations in these markets. The role primarily implements processes and practices that drive performance, compliance and profitability.
Responsibilities
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost‑effective manner
Oversee inventory, cash handling, scheduling, merchandising, deployments, asset management, and facilities
Conduct store compliance visits and manage new store openings
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Mentor team members, ensuring high quality customer service
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Willingness to travel
