Job Description Select and gather products for customers’ online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers’ online orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into cars when customers arrive in обеспечение for pickup. Ensure the quality and freshness of all items chosen.
Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls in aprofessional and timely manner.
Retrieve each customer’s order from all staging locations and ensure order accuracy; load orders into customers’ cars.
Process the orders through the point of sale (POS) system.
Follow policies and procedures to determine appropriate substitutions in the event of an out‑of‑stock.
Scan and bag orders on the go while following all bagging standards.
Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to the customer’s order at time of pickup.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and invalid temperature abin to the store e‑Commerce supervisor.
Inspect equipment and notifies the store e‑Commerce supervisor or other store management of items needing repair.
Perform required opening and closing procedures.
Learn and adapt to new and improved processes.
Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
Meet or exceed productivity standards.
Ability lien to work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues. Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults. Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
