Read and understand procedures and instructions associated with the Quality Control department Pick up stock orders and filled orders from production Pull stock orders (hard goods and cylinder orders) Coordinate orders to meet shipping date deadlines Verify the customer PO matches the sales order confirmation Coordinate with customer service reps if sales order confirmations do not match customer PO Coordinate with production techs if filled cylinders do not match sales order confirmations Verify lot codes on the sales order confirmation match the cylinders Notate lot codes correctly on the sales order confirmation for stock items Calibrate H2S sensors and document calibration Test H2S and document the results on the sales order confirmation Pull regulators from stock, set LPM (if required) and label based on customer requirements Accurately and efficiently enter the appropriate information on the Certificate of Analysis for each lot code/part number and recognize the different templates required for different customers/international requirements Accurately log lot codes/part numbers into Google Drive spreadsheets when applicable Clean and organize work area Notify manager when supplies are needed (regulator tubing, regulator and cylinder stickers, low stock inventory, etc.) Willing to be cross‑trained and fill in any gaps in the QC department as needed as well as all areas of Shipping Assure daily work schedule is completed Work as a team and maximize productivity and efficiency Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Familiarity with manufacturing and quality control Strong attention to detail Familiar with industry testing tools and equipment Basic math skills Proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software (Loftware, SAP, Google applications, Nice Label, etc.) Certification: ISO Awareness Course required ISO Awareness Course and HAZMAT Training Recognize process gaps/slow downs and be willing to divert to that task for smooth and efficient processing Using analytical and observation skills demonstrate the ability to set a course or direction, which fulfills the vision and expectations in maintaining the highest level of Quality in the industry Benefits
